R. J. Fletcher has 30 years experience in the mineral exploration and mining industry in Europe, Africa, Australia, Canada, U.S.A., and Latin America. His early experience was as a mine geologist in Tasmania and Western Australia, followed by 12 years working as an exploration geologist throughout Australia on regional exploration, prospect evaluations, feasibility studies and mining developments. This was followed by 10 years of worldwide minerals consultancy work with Robertson Research International Ltd, which involved all aspects of management, from business development and contract negotiations, to project implementation and financial accountability. This experience covers a wide range of metallic and industrial minerals, with emphasis on the economics of evaluating and developing mineral properties, including exploration strategy, cost-benefit analysis, reserve estimation, feasibility studies, development, valuation and financing. These services have been provided as an independent consultant since 1990.
