Brief CV

Andrew offers over thirty years extensive international upstream oil and gas experience in a variety of management, governance, technical and training roles. Experienced in interfacing with Governments and JV partners. Sensitive to the many cultural issues involved in living and working abroad. In depth knowledge of business, finance, economics and other commercial skills, with a background in petroleum engineering. Andrew is also a founder member of a consultancy group specializing in commercial and project economics aspects of the upstream oil and gas business, including opportunity evaluation, fiscal advice, fiscal terms negotiations and training, . Work has included advising on commercial opportunities in Jordan, evaluation and fiscal advice on a project in Kazakhstan including evacuation, advising on a project offshore Iran, negotiating a Production Sharing Contract in Western Siberia and lecturing on various training programmes.
